WHY DIDN'T I KNOW ABOUT THIS. I heard about it when it first happened, but not that the ball had been totally dropped on recovery. Not that that's actually a surprise. AUGH.
I'm going to guess tax season has something to do with it. Also the fact that the Haiti earthquake complete buried it in the media -- I didn't even know it had happened until today.
