Fridge logic moment

No in-depth analysis on this one, just a quick note that the characters are about 300% more apparent this time around, a "HA! I called it" on Bishop being the one to actually turn Rebecca (so Aidan really didn't know!), and one quick thought that just randomly occurred to me three days later:

I was thinking that Danny's account of Sally's death didn't have any clues that he might be lying, the way Owen's "And she was mine" set off my alarm bells (and Mitchell's). But there's a BIG one:

Do you put on a sweater and shoes to go to the bathroom in the middle of the night? Because I don't.

Well played, BHUS.

HA! I caught that too. As well as wondering up until that point whether Danny had done it. *g*

I find myself liking this "AU" version of the original-- at least that's how I'm thinking of it. So far only small things are different, but I keep thinking it could add up to something completely altered, if they do it right.

It's a valid thing to wonder. I never expected them to have Aidan leave Rebecca for dead and Bishop turn her. Who's to say we can be 100% certain Danny killed Sally? He could be lying about it for another reason. Probably not, but the possibility is fun.

And yeah, AU is definitely the way to go, IMHO.

I'm rather enjoying it, my own self. I didn't see the original to compare, so I'm not put off my the differences. And it was a special treat, being a SPN fan, when I realized that Mark Pellegrino was playing Bishop.

I'm a hardcore fan of the original, and I'm applauding the differences and looking forward to more. Right now they're sticking so close they can't help inviting comparison, and too many people are forgetting (IMHO) that we've had two seasons and the start of a third to get to know those characters.

I seem to be the only fan on the planet who's never seen Pellegrino in previous roles. (Insert standard "Yes, I know SPN is awesome, I'm not avoiding it on purpose, there's just too damn much of it and I dno't have time" disclaimer here. *g*)
