Non-local upper respiratory infection

Help me, LJ hivemind, you're my only hope!

Since last week's Firefox (for XP) update, I keep getting this dialogue box on pretty much any page with JavaScript (like, oh, say, GMail) saying "Trying to load non-local URI." (Yes, I. Not only is it annoying, it has a typo.)

I've been through the options settings three times and cannot for the life of me figure out how to turn it off. It's still doing it after the update that downloaded today.

Any brilliant insights? Bueller?

ETA: Mystery solved. Apparently it doesn't like the MegaUpload toolbar anymore. :: blows kisses to brainiacfive ::

…I'm glad you asked, because I was ignoring it and had no clue.

"URI: A Uniform Resource Identifier is a formatted string that serves as an identifier for a resource, typically on the Internet. URIs are used in HTML to identify the anchors of hyperlinks. URIs in common practice include Uniform Resource Locators (URLs)[URL] and Relative URLs [RELURL]."

Learn something new every day! Keen.

I stand by my subject line, tho. It was definitely congested.

My new Firefox upload has a grudge against quite a few of my widgets. It's rather worrying.
