Not heralding. Following on. :-/

I'm intimately familiar with the progression at this point. Although the last couple years I've actually gone a full year between sinus infections, which is a complete reversal of my entire adult life until I started using a steam inhaler.

I did miss the zinc/echinacea thing with this cold, but thought I'd dodged the bullet anyway because it was mostly cleared up. Pressure today is indicating otherwise, although there's still hope that it's just my Amazing Human Barometer trick. Happens sometimes when the weather changes. I'll know tomorrow.
