...and a substantial portion of my brain is still sorting through what-to-wear options. Decided I've worn the 30s dress twice now (preview screening and GenCon), and want to try something a little different tonight. Exactly what, among several possibilities, remains to be seen. I'm such a costume dork.

phantom_prom folks, make sure you've seen the finalized summary of what's going down when and where. (swirling_poetry, you sure we can't tempt you?)

In line with the aforementioned costume dorkness, I have a small suitcase filled with random borrowables, and will hopefully arrive at mannoftalent's abode in time for people to make use of some of them. Been taking half-hour lunches the last few days so I can leave at 3:30, and so glad I decided to do so. I can't imagine how freaking insane it would be to try to get there on time and be remotely ready if I didn't get out of here until five.

Wheeeee!

I'm probably going to see "The Great and Terrible Wizard of Oz" tonight. Which I'm all kinds of excited about. (I say probably because someone is sick, and might want to wait a day.) But have goads of fun!

My mind is a strange, strange place. Somewhere it decided that if you combine gads and loads, you get a new word goads...which doesn't mean what goads traditionally means.

I find it very frightening that I understood that comment even though I've never met you. ;)

Does a ranger vest over a Hawaiian shirt make for a Wash costume? ;)

The show was at least 75% shopped, so I'd have to say yes.

...75% shopped? (insert absolutely clueless look)

Translation: At least 75% of what you saw people wearing was bought off the rack, not made by the wardrobe department.

ahhhh. Gotcha. (High-school theater found me in the pit band instead of the wardrobe department.) *g*

Thanks for the translation!
